Your doll head will include the following features by default:
  • Movable jaw with tongue, teeth and uvula - Includes a movable jaw and realistic oral structure complete with teeth and tongue, enhancing the sensuality of oral experiences.
  • Skin Texture Enhancement - 
    The Skin Texture Enhancement features detailed designs on the skin of the doll’s head. Compared to standard doll heads, it adds extra pores and textures, enhancing realism and the intricacy of the makeup. This makes it ideal for doll photographers.
  • 15cm Oral Depth - The standard oral depth is 15cm. If you require an oral depth of approximately 18cm, we need to consider the size of the doll’s head. We can deepen the oral canal toward the upper back of the head; however, due to size limitations, this depends on the specific dimensions of the doll’s head.
  • ROS & Implanted Hair- The ROS (Real Oral Sex) option and the hair implantation option can be selected simultaneously. We ensure the softness of the doll head’s mouth, making it suitable for oral use. At the same time, we maintain the hardness of the rest of the doll head, allowing for hair implantation.
 
Custom Doll Head Ordering Process
 
Submit Reference Photos
Please include at least one clear, front-facing photo of the individual. You may also add images from different angles, but be sure to designate a front-facing image as the main reference.

Our designers rely on the front-facing photo as the foundation for building the doll’s head in 3D, using additional angles only to refine details where needed.
 
3D Design of Your Custom Doll Head
Our team begins by creating a detailed 3D model of the doll’s head using the images you provide. Once the initial design is complete, we’ll share photos and videos of the model for your review, and make any revisions based on your feedback.
Since this stage forms the core of the entire customization process, our designers take time to fine-tune facial features, proportions, and overall accuracy. The initial modeling typically takes about 1–2 weeks, with each round of revisions requiring around 3–5 days.
 
Throughout this phase, we’ll also work closely with you to confirm key details such as skin tone and other customization preferences.

  • After final approval of the 3D model, we proceed by creating the internal structure from the design, followed by producing the outer mold.

     

    • Inner and Outer Mold Creation for the Head
      After the 3D design is approved, we move forward with producing the molds.

     

     Inner Mold Development
    The first step is fabricating the inner mold from the finalized 3D model, which typically takes about one week. This inner mold serves as the base structure used to create the outer mold.

     

    Creating the Outer Mold

    Then, we create the outer mold based on the inner mold. This entire process takes about one week. The outer mold is mainly used for injecting silicone to produce the doll head.

     

    Doll Head Production
    Using the completed molds, we craft the doll’s head and apply the makeup, a process that typically takes about 1–2 weeks. If features like implanted eyebrows or rooted hair are requested, please allow an additional week.

     

    Once the makeup is finished, we’ll provide photos and videos for your review. If you’d like any changes, we can make adjustments, with each revision taking roughly one week. After you approve the final look, the makeup is sealed and set.

     

    Packaging and Shipping of Doll Head

    • We guarantee that the packaging is clean and offers excellent protection.
    • Our packaging contains no information related to the doll and ensures your privacy.


    Model Adjustments

    Before confirming the model, adjustments can be made to the face shape, cheeks, eyes, nose, mouth, etc. However, once the doll’s mold-making process begins, adjustments can only be made to the doll’s makeup and not the model itself.

     

    Please note that significant changes to the 3D model reference image after the design is completed can be challenging. If a new reference image differs significantly from the original, creating a new 3D model may require starting from scratch based on the new reference.

     

    Facial Expressions:

    We can create neutral or smiling expressions for the doll head. However, only one expression can be chosen per doll head, as the expression cannot be changed once confirmed.

     

    Doll Head Size

    • We typically use standard doll head sizes by default.
    • Alternatively, you can measure the circumference and depth of the doll head at the neck connection point, as shown in the diagram. This ensures a better fit between the doll head and body sizes.

     

    Skin Tone Matching

    • We customize the skin tone of the doll head to match the skin tone of the character in your provided images or videos.
    • Alternatively, we can match the skin tone of your existing doll. Please inform us of the brand and skin tone of the doll body you wish to match. Once confirmed, we will procure corresponding skin tone samples from the manufacturer. When customizing the doll head, we will match the color based on these samples to ensure the best possible match between the doll head and body skin tones.

     

    Head Connector

    • By default, we use an M16 connector, as it is compatible with most doll body brands.
    • Alternatively, you can inform us of the doll brand you have, and we will confirm which connector type it uses. We ensure that the doll head is fitted with the correct connector accordingly.

     

    Custom Head Based on Real Photo Images

    • You can provide images of the person from multiple angles, but please select a front-facing image as the primary reference. Our designers will primarily use this front-facing image to create the model, supplementing it with other angles as needed.
    • Due to potential inconsistencies in images over time or extensive editing, we may selectively use additional angles for reference.

     

    Custom Head Based on Anime or Gaming Images

    The requirements for reference images are similar to those for custom doll heads based on real person images.

    Additionally, there are currently two options for custom anime heads:

    • Anime Version: This version may feature larger eyes and slightly smaller nose and mouth proportions compared to the real-life version, aiming for a more anime-like appearance.
    • Real-Life Version: This version adjusts the proportions of features to maintain a realistic look while still capturing the essence of the anime style.

     

    Custom Head Based on AI Images

     

    • When designing a custom doll head based on an AI-generated picture, only a front-facing image is needed for the 3D modeling process. Due to variations in AI-generated images, different angles of the same character may not align perfectly. We will create a 3D model based on the front-facing image, and then you can provide modification suggestions based on this model.
    • Additionally, we will make slight adjustments to the model to correct any inconsistencies in the image’s shape.
