Orders that are custom (made to order from the factory) cannot be returned, but replaced or compensated for any damage or defect that is brought to our attention as soon as possible after receiving your doll.  This must be documented with photos or video. 

Dolls that are purchased which are instock at the manufacture's US warehouse cannot be returned. However, if there is damage or defect, there will be either compensation or replacement with proper photo/video documentation, pending approval from claims department. 

All showroom purchases  off the floor are final.  Because each doll is inspected in person before purchase, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Before completing your purchase, we will conduct a full in-person inspection with you to confirm that the doll is in new condition and free of defects. Once you approve the item, you will be asked to sign a simple acceptance form stating that:

• You have inspected the doll in its current condition

• You are satisfied with its quality

• You understand that the sale is final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted

Due to the nature of the product and for health and safety reasons, dolls cannot be returned once they leave the showroom.
